In the summer of last year we had our 300 year old house completely refurbished, ready for the home automation we had long planned for.
The original contract was given to a Cedia member based in Bishop Stortford. to say they were unprofessional is an understatement. They completely let us down, built little confidence and most importantly didn't seem to know the first thing about the products they had recommended to us.
After several months i decided to cut my loses and try another company. I found Audiovision via the web. What a revelation, within days they had completely reinvigorated our enthusiasm for what we were trying to do and made us feel like were were important to them. Nothing was to much trouble. In essence, they restored our faith in the industry.
