 | Step 1 | Initial contact

| Step 2 | Design and bright ideas
Once we all have a good understanding of the direction and product range we need to take our team of system designers set to work creating the ideal solution for your project.
We then provide a tailored quote which will not blind you with science but detail on a room by room basis
Wether you know what you want or need help in designing a project, Audiovision's team are happy to help at all levels, and it's all part of the service, we do not charge for design or advise. |  |
|  | Step 3 | First Fix Installation
At Audiuovision we never insist we understake the first fix unless you require us too, but to save costs we provide all the documentation and schematics for your electrician or M&E contractor to conduct first fix wiring.
Depending on the size of project and location we will even offer a site visit in order to sign off the first fix to confirm all is ok to proceed
At all times we work in line with your contractors, we appreciate how stressful builds can be and strive to provide an efficient and timely solution |
| Step 4 | 2nd Fix Installation
As one of the last contractors on site, we will attend to complete 2nd fix installation of the audio video solution and any other parts of the system you have specified, this will be condicted by a number of individual staff all with their own expertise.
All audio and video signalling is fully tested for signalling and all cinema solutions are sound metered and set up to provide you with optimum listening and viewing. |  |
|  | Step 5 | Completion and Sign Off
Once the 2nd fix main installation has taken place a more indepth programming and tweaking is performed with your input, all screen and menus will be set up to your preference.
At this stage we will also show you the vairous programming options available and go through lighting scene designs, audio levels etc and eventually run through a sign off sheet confirming all deliverables of the project |
| Step 6 | Hand Over & Support
Upon the sign off has been completed, we will run through any final demonstrations of the system and make sure you and your family have complete understanding.
We will leave you all the documents required inculding all original designs and operation manuals. From then onwards we provide on going support, either by site visit, telephone or email support. We also keep you constantly update with new product release and any system upgrades which will be of interest to you. |  |
