Our team will design based upon your floor plans a wiring system and wiring schematics that will not only allow you to offer your clients a number of solutions but will also future proof your property providing access to audio, video and data networking
Along with your M&E contractor you then conduct first fix wiring and we can even arrange a site visit to sign off the wiring is correct and in place

Depending on the size of the development, we will produce high standard glossy brochures containing our 3 optional solutions for you r clients, each of our packages allows your client to have installed a low, mid and to high end solution or even tailored to suit further needs. We are also able to meet your clients face to face for a in depth discussion or they are welcome to visit our showroom

| |  Bronze Package
Our Bronze package provides a simple straight forward audio, video and data solution, it allows the client to store away all electrical items, like Sky, DVD etc and access them from any zone the system is installed into, with remote control eyes built into each zone, the user can then simply use the remote control as if the box was in front of them, in addition a simple routed PC network is provided for broadband laptop and PC connections

The silver package expands on the Bronze package by providing touch screen keypads allowing the user much more access to CCTV, door entry, audio, video and data networks, in addition the solution can cater for Lighting/blind control add-on and CD/DVD server solutions, with the silver product the client has much more future proof options like High Definition video and home theatre zones.
| |  Gold Package
Our Gold Package caters for the more discerning AV client, with full two way communication in elegant bespoke designed keypads allowing the user to control every aspect of the house from audio, video, lighting, blind/curtain, heating, CCTV, pool control, full High definition video distribution, discrete home theatre add-on and full CD/DVD server access direct from the touch panel itself
| |  Installation and Hand Over
When the client has reached a decision on the which package is best, and upon the property being completed our team get to work installing the solution to your clients needs, we will then provide a complete walk through and bespoke changes required and have the project signed off by the client.
Any add-on items and changes are also implemented and a complete owners manual is handed to the client, we then provide on-going technical support via telephone and email as well as site visits when required.
| |  Finders Fee
Once the project has been signed off and complete we then calculate the total project and pay you a finders fee % for allowing us to do the work, as the projects go on and business increases the level of the % can then be negotiated.
Based on the number of properties and solutions, this facility provides you with a great way to build modern future proofed homes with little outlay and the ability to gain a return on each build.
