The sleek and stylish system components are all fully colour matched in either a black or silver high gloss finish. The four single driver satellites and one twin driver centre channel are supplied with wall brackets and speaker cable. Optional matching floor stands are available to order.

Tannoy WideBand™, a technology which extends high frequency response up to 78kHz has been incorporated into the satellites and centre channel speakers. The reduction of phase error that wide bandwidth performance delivers, not only at the top end of the frequency range, but also well within the range of human hearing for harmonic recognition, dramatically improves sonic detail, imaging precision and overall system integration.

The effect of wide bandwidth performance in 5.1 audio applications is to improve the total acoustic presentation of the system by delivering superior mid-band resolution and remarkable low frequency control. This, and the meticulously designed drive units and crossover topology, conveys music information with speed, impact and clarity as well as ensuring movie soundtrack reproduction draws the listener into an involving and believable soundstage.

The long throw 200mm (8.00”) drive unit delivers punchy bass, while at the same time integrating seamlessly with the rest of the system to ensure aural effects and action sequences are delivered with impact, while speech localisation pans flawlessly left to right and front to rear.
